FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I buy more than one vouchers at a time?
Of course you can. There are 3 service providers offering their programmes to which you can buy tickets;  Hungaroring race track,  Groupama Tanpálya driving centre and Hungaroring Go-Kart Center. Select your vouchers and put them into the basket. Finalise your order by filling in the form(s) and submit your order.

What are the obligatory information on the order form?
By clicking „View basket” you will see all the contents of your basket: name of selected products, number of products, individual characteristics and optional discounts as well as the amount to be paid for the product(s). Customer here has the opportunity to modify the number of products, may continue shopping or go on to Order. Any modification made to the basket will be indicated by „Basket modified”. If the Customer finished shopping, by clicking „Order”, an order form will open. Following this a data sheet must be filled out that contains the name and postal address of the client, phone number and e-mail address. If requested, a different invoicing name, address, postal address and tax number can be provided, if they have a customer card, its number, payment and delivery options, handling, postal and if Gift has been purchased, packaging fee as well as the total amount payable for the order. When purchasing voucher regarding using a service, the name of beneficiary can be given, which will be stated on the voucher upon delivery. Based on the current GDPR regulation there is no opportunity to indicate the name of the beneficiary, only purchaser is entitled to do it. Service Provider does not verify the data provided at the order sheet, their validity is entirely the responsibility of the Client.   

In what cases am I entitled for discount?
When purchasing vouchers for driving technique trainings at Groupama Tanpálya there are discount options.

  • 15% Groupama discount is given to those who have their obligatory car insurance or CASCO at Groupama
  • Our youth discount is valid for people under 21 years of age.
  • 10% motorbike customer discount is available when purchasing vouchers for motorbike or car driving technique trainings, which can be deducted by submitting the customer card number.

Discounts may not be combined! 

How can I get my discount?
At the descriptions of the trainings, you have to mark discounted course. By placing it into the basket, at the filling in the order form you will find a part for confirming the discount where in case of Groupama discount, please upload a statement, in case of youth discount, please upload the identity card of the beneficiary. Our system will handle these documents in pdf or jpg format. Uploading them is compulsory, without which the order form is invalid and will send an error message.

Is postal fee the same in every case?
If choosing bank transfer and online as payment method, a postal fee of HUF 1.678 will be charged, in case of purchasing fragile souvenirs, the postal fee is HUF 2.937. In case of purchasing souvenir, packaging cost is HUF 300. The purchased product(s) will be handed over for shipment within 1 working day of reception of the purchase price on the Service Provider’s bank account. Expected delivery time is maximum 2-3 working days.
In case of postal payment, postal costs are as follows:  
• In case of voucher purchase, postal cost depends on the value of the voucher. Client will be informed about the maximum expected postal cost in the confirmation. 
• In case of souvenir purchase, postal cost depends on the value of the voucher. Client will be informed about the maximum expected postal cost in the confirmation.  
The purchased product(s) will be handed over for shipment within 1 working day of reception of the purchase price on the Service Provider’s bank account. Expected delivery time is maximum 2-3 working days.  

In case of delay in the postal service or faulty delivery, Service Provider does not take any responsibility. In case of foreign address, the parcel is delivered as normal postal parcel, not using MPL, resulting in longer delivery time.

Will a postal courier deliver the goods?
MPL Postal Courier will deliver the ticket that requires personal takeover, so please submit a postal address where you will definitely be able to takeover the missive. If you can not takeover on the day of delivery, the postal worker will leave a note in your post box, informing you about the delivery and you have to go to the post office to get your missive. If you do not manage to takeover your missive within two weeks, it will be sent back to us and after this we will contact the client in order to ask for another postal address.
In case of foreign address, the parcel is delivered as normal postal parcel, not using MPL, resulting in longer delivery time.

Do I have to fill in the order form even if I pay in cash and purchase personally?  
No, in this case you do not have to fill in the form for placing your order, you can buy vouchers for any of our programmes without it, or the selected souvenir at any of our point of sale.

How long are the vouchers valid?
Vouchers for the services of Tanpálya Kft are valid for 183 days from the date of purchase, except for the Winter Preparatory Training. 
Regulations for vouchers for off-road experience programmes:

  • are valid for 183 days from the date of purchase;
  • not transferable or redeemable, validation cannot be extended
    • all members of the group, the voucher was purchased for, can use it only once and at the same time, having purchased the voucher headcount or pre-agreed date cannot be changed.

If vouchers for motorbike trainings cannot be redeemed due to vis major occurring at the Service Provider during the motorbike season (April 1-September 30) and as a result of this, the Client is not able to use the voucher within its validity period, the Service Provider must extend the voucher’s expiry date for the first 2 months of the next season, without any further charges.
Vouchers for the Winter Preparatory Training are being issued and redeemed for a limited period of time during the year.

  • Sales during the target year begins 20 September of the target year and lasts until 20 January the following the target year.
  • Redemption during the target year is possible from 15 November of the target year until 28 February following the target year.

Vouchers for services of Hungaroring Sport Zrt. are valid from the day of purchasing, based on the followings:

  • Vouchers purchased between September 1 and December 31 are valid until June 30 of the following year.
  • Vouchers purchased between January 1 and May 31 are valid until June 30 of the given year.
  • Vouchers purchased between June 1 and August 31 are valid until September 30 of the given year.

The programme is organised once or twice a month, mostly on weekdays, from April till October.
Vouchers of Hungaroring Kart Center are valid throughout the actual season in case of purchasing during the gokart season (between April and end of October); in case of purchasing in the off-season period the vouchers are valid until the end of the following open-air gokart season (the following year, end of October).

Can I extend the expiry date of vouchers?
The date of expiry of vouchers can be extended once, by the period of one month free of charge. If the Client requests an extension for more than one month, the fee of extension is HUF 2500/month of extension. The request for extension should be sent to ertekesites@tanpalya.hu e-mail address at least one month prior to the expiry date of the voucher. Our administrator confirms the request in writing. We cannot accept any extension requests by phone for quality insurance reasons.
Expiry of vouchers by Hungaroring Sport Zrt. and Molishop Kft cannot be extended.

Can I use my voucher for a training different from the one stated on the voucher?
Each voucher entitles one person to participate at the training stated on the voucher at one occasion. Participation at a training more expensive than the one stated on the voucher is only possible after paying the price difference. Redemption of the voucher for a training less expensive than the one stated on the voucher is not possible, and the Service Provider is not obliged to refund. Multiple vouchers of lesser price trainings may not be redeemed for one training of higher price.

How can I make an appointment if I have a voucher for a car, motorbike or off-road training at Groupama Tanpálya?
Registration deadline: no later than 30 days prior to the given training and prior to the expiry date stated on the voucher. Registration method: on working days (Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm) call us on 06-28/441-951 or write to ertekesites@tanpalya.hu. Missing the registration deadline does not entitle the customer for complaints! Before checking please prepare the voucher and the serial number.

How can I make an appointment if I have a voucher for a Hungaroring Race Taxi programme?
For appointment, write to race@foenixmse.hu . Registration deadline: no later than 30 days before expiry date. Driving of the sports cars is possible exclusively at a date agreed in advance. Hungaroring Sport Co.Ltd.reserves the right to modify the dates agreed in advance. Please check the validity of the date in our website 48 hours prior to the event. The race control may cancel the event in case of adverse weather conditions at any date. If the repair works due to a possible accident lenghten, some participants may cannot take turns. In both cases the redemption of the voucher or requesting a new date is possible. The validity of the vouchers cannot be longered and also cannot be redeemed except the two cases detailed herein.

How can I make an appointment if I have a voucher for  Hungaroring Experience Drive programme?
Registration deadline: within 30 days of purchase, but not earlier than 1 April of the given year at the following contacts:

Enlisting of models is not complete. Service Provider retains the right to modify this present offer, without modifying the GTC. Information of voucher redemption is further detailed on the voucher, furthermore, Service Provider is ready to give detailed information via telephone if request may arise.
For participation at the programmes, a valid driving licence is a must, during registration it must be proved by presenting the number of the driving licence. Service provider makes data processing concerning proving identification.
Driving of the sports cars is possible exclusively at a date agreed in advance. Hungaroring Sport Co.Ltd.reserves the right to modify the dates agreed in advance.

How can I make an appointment if I have a voucher for  a car, or motorbike open day?

Registration deadline: no later than 30 days before expiry date.
Participation is with your own vehicle. In order to participate at the programme, a valid driving licence is necessary, during registration it must be proved by presenting the number of the driving licence on-site. Service provider makes data processing concerning proving identification.
During the programme Hungaroring Sport Zrt. is continuously checking and measuring the noise. Hungaroring Sport Zrt. is entitled to disqualify vehicles exceeding the maximum noise impact determined by law.

How can I make an appointment if I have a voucher for  a go-kart programme?
Registration deadline: no later than 15 days from the expiry date as stated on the voucher, at the following link: https://hungaroringkartcenter.hu/en/booking 
Missing the deadline does not oblige Molishop Kft to handle complaints.

When and where can I obtain the vouchers and souvenirs?
In case of postal delivery, we send by postal courier to the address given on the order form. In case of personal takeover, please come to Tanpálya on weekdays from 9am to 4 pm.

What happens, if I do not settle the voucher?
Following the order payment obligation is triggered for Customer. If Customer does not fulfil the obligation within 30 days of ordering, Service Provider sends notice to the email address given by Customer. As indicated in the notice Customer has 5 workdays to fulfil the payment obligation. If payment has not been made by the end of the fifth workday, Customer’s order is cancelled.
