REGULATION OF VOUCHER PURCHASE

2. Definitions

2.1. Voucher: document issued in accordance with the present regulation, entitling for purchase as set out in the present regulation.
2.2. Issue value: value limit that can be used by customer upon purchasing goods or utilising services with the voucher.
2.3. Validity period: period during which the owner of the voucher is entitled to use the voucher.
2.4. Location: the place where the voucher can be purchased.
2.5. Issuer: issuer of the voucher
2.6. Customer: natural or legal person other than the issuer who is the owner of the voucher.
2.7. Redeemer: business or service provider who is entitled to redeem the voucher as regulated by the present regulation.

3. Aim of this regulation

3.1. Aim of the present regulation is to determine the terms and conditions of issuing and using vouchers.
3.2. Territorial scope of regulation: Hungary.
3.3. Temporal scope of regulation begins upon issuing the first voucher and lasts until the issuer decides to terminate.
3.4. Issuer may modify the regulation any time. Modified regulation is in force from the time of publishing by the issuer, as regulated in the present regulation.
4. Aim of issuing vouchers
4.1. Aim of issuing vouchers is to provide opportunity for donation of presents which does not require the purchase of a specific object or service.

5. Issue of voucher

5.1. Voucher is issued by issuer.
5.2.Voucher is a printed document.
5.3. Voucher must contain at least the following:
• name of issuer
• reference to voucher
• issued value
• period of use
• number of voucher
• place of issue, date, signature, stamp
• place of redemption, date, signature, stamp

5.4. Issue values of vouchers: 5.000 Ft, 10.000 Ft, 20.000 Ft
5.5. Issuer may issue vouchers in a quantity determined by issuer.
5.6. Use of vouchers is possible within a specific period (the period of use), that is 1 year from the date of issue.
5.7. Samples of vouchers are in the Appendix (1) of the present regulation. Any document, different from the samples in the appendix of this regulation may not be considered as voucher.
5.8. Voucher must be intact. Damaged voucher will not be redeemed by the issuer.
5.9. Issuer may destroy any voucher in their property.
5.10. Voucher is not qualified as money, nor as stock.
5.11. Counterfeiting voucher is a crime.

6. Purchasing voucher

6.1. Any natural or legal person may purchase voucher.
6.2. Voucher may be purchased from issuer in the following ways:

Vouchers purchased in the web shop, if postal delivery is chosen, will be delivered by MPL to the customer. Postal cost will be charged, the amount of which depends on the value of the voucher.
6.3. Purchase price of the voucher must be identical to the issue value of the voucher.
6.4. Upon purchasing the voucher or obtaining it in any other way, customer agrees to and accepts the regulation in force, regulating the issue of vouchers.
6.5. Losing the voucher does not entitle for a replacement, nor for money refund.
6.6. The back of the purchased voucher consists of two parts. The first part is filled in by the seller upon selling the voucher. Mode of filling: data written by hand regarding the place, and date of issue, then signing and stamping the voucher.
6.7. Voucher is not refundable.

7. Using voucher

7.1. Places of redemption:

  • Molishop Kft (Hungaroring Kart Center) 2146 Mogyoród, Hungaroring út 10.

7.2. Voucher is freely transferable to anyone who is entitled to purchase voucher.
7.3. The owner of voucher is entitled to buy goods and services within the validity period, at the Redeemer, for the value of the voucher.
7.4. Owner of the voucher shall be considered anyone who is in possession of the voucher. Neither issuer nor Redeemer is obliged to assess the ownership rights of the voucher.
7.5. Using the voucher means the customer submits the voucher to Redeemer and the employee of the Redeemer voids it. Voiding is by writing the place and date of redemption into the second part of the voucher, as well as having it signed and stamped.
7.6. Vouchers that are damaged, faulty or contain corrected date, or in any way not compliant to (6.6) in their fulfilment must not be used.
7.7. In any other respect, purchasing goods or utilising services fall under the same regulations as in the case of using money for purchasing goods or utilising services. Upon purchase, the total amount shall be invoiced.
7.8. If the purchased goods or utilised services do not reach in value the value of the voucher, the customer is not entitled for a refund in cash of the difference between the actual price and the value of the voucher.
7.9. Vouchers may not be transferred into cash.
7.10. Customer acknowledges that expired vouchers may not be used.
7.11. Customer acknowledges that the validity period of expired vouchers may not be extended.

8. Regulations concerning places of redemption

8.1. In order to have the right to accept vouchers, Redeemers must acknowledge these regulations in a separate, designated statement, as well as register at the issuer.
8.2. Issuer holds records of the redeemers, that is public and is regulated in (9).
8.3. Redeemer must announce the right to redeem vouchers on their own, as well as on the issuer’s website.
8.4. Redeemer must accept vouchers, and must not refuse its acceptance. Should the customer experience such case, complaints may be made at info@hungaroringshop.hu
8.5. Redeemer is entitled to withdraw the right to redeem vouchers at any time. Withdrawal must be made in writing and sent to the issuer.
8.6. Issuer is entitled to withdraw the right to redeem vouchers from the redeemer, if the redeemer breaches the rules of this regulation. Issuer’s such decision is not subject to legal remedy.
8.7. If a redeemer should lose the right of voucher redemption, they must remove the indication of entitlement to redeem vouchers from their website as well as from their business portal with immediate effect.
8.8. Redeemer may exchange the vouchers redeemed, within the validity period, with a monthly frequency, until the 15th of the month following the target month. Issuer will pay the amount of the exchanged vouchers via bank transfer within 8 days of submission.
8.9. Issuer may pay for damaged or faulty vouchers only in case the damage or fault does not hinder the recognition and identification of the voucher.
8.10. Exchanged vouchers may be shredded by the issuer.

9. Publishing of announcements

9.1. Issuer must publish the present regulation, its modifications, places of redemption and any other information in relation with voucher at www.hungaroringshop.hu as well as on its own website.
