TERMS OF DELIVERY
In menu item „Payment” the Client can select the method of delivery of his/her Product (Products) ordered. The amount of postal cost and also the deadline of delivery depends upon the method of delivery chosen.
The following methods of delivery are available to our Clients:
• only electronic voucher,
• on site delivery – Tanpálya,
• delivery by post.
Modifying delivery method after finalising the order is not possible.
E-voucher is only possible when paid via PayPal or SimplePay (on-line) or via bank transfer. E-vouchers must be printed by the Client and the system does not calculate postal cost. Service Provider does not hold any responsibility for any delay or problem due the mistakes made when providing e-mail address by the Client.
E-voucher is automatically sent by the system after the PayPal or SimplePay payment is complete, to the e-mail address provided by the Client on the order data sheet. If the confirmation e-mail does not arrive within one hour of payment, and can not be found in the spam folder either, please call 06-28-441-951 from 9 am to 4 am on weekdays, or write to info@hungaroringshop.hu
If payment is through bank transfer, we e-mail the voucher to the e-mail address provided by the Client, within 1 working day after receiving the amount on our bank account. If the electronic voucher should not arrive until the above specified deadline at the e-mail address provided by the Client, and can not be found in the spam folder either, please call 06-28-441-951 from 9am to 4 am on weekdays, or write to info@hungaroringshop.hu.
In case of personal delivery, the Client receives the goods personally at a location of choice. The system will not calculate postal or packaging cost. In this case any payment method can be chosen, apart from postal payment. The goods will be available for delivery from the next day of payment, in case of cash payment, from the next day of placing the order at the following locations and times:

In case of postal delivery, electronic voucher is not an option. Payment may be through bank transfer, PayPal or SimplePay (on-line) or postal payment. In case of postal delivery, the goods will be delivered by the Hungarian Post (MPL), to the address provided by the Client on the order data sheet. Client must ensure that postal delivery will be received by the right person at the provided address, entitled to handle the missive. Service Provider does not hold any responsibility for faulty delivery due to incorrect postal address or any other problem during delivery.
In case of bank transfer or on-line payment, a postal cost of HUF 1,408 will be charged, in case of purchase of fragile goods, postal cost is HUF 2,464. In case of purchase of souvenirs, HUF 300 packaging cost will be charged. The purchased product(s) will be handed over for shipment within 1 working day of reception of the purchase price on the Service Provider’s bank account. Expected delivery time is maximum 2-3 working days.
In case of postal payment, postal costs are as follows:
• In case of voucher purchase, postal cost depends on the value of the voucher. Client will be informed about the maximum expected postal cost in the confirmation.
• In case of souvenir purchase, postal cost depends on the value of the voucher. Client will be informed about the maximum expected postal cost in the confirmation.
The purchased product(s) will be handed over for shipment within 1 working day of reception of the purchase price on the Service Provider’s bank account. Expected delivery time is maximum 2-3 working days.
In case of foreign address, the parcel is delivered as normal postal parcel, not using MPL, resulting in longer delivery time.
In case of delay in the postal service or faulty delivery, Service Provider does not take any responsibility.
