Information on redemption
1./ Redeeming vouchers for services is available all year round.

2./ Redeeming vouchers for car and motorbike trainings is available at previously published dates, for which see the links below:

3./ Off-road trainings are subject to preliminarily set dates, upon agreement.

4./ Procedures for voucher redemption:

• if the service is paid for on the spot:

by handing over the original voucher to our colleague upon payment

• if the service is paid for in advance via bank transfer:

upon registration, by informing our colleague about the number of the voucher(s) that will be used

advance payment amount is due with the reduction of the value of the voucher(s)

before the start of the training, the original copy of the voucher(s) must be handed over to our colleague during registration. If the participant can not produce the original copy of the voucher, the training fee must be paid for on the spot, or re-schedule the training and participate at another date when the voucher(s) are available.

Tickets on offer in the webshop and merchandise, in accordance with the points detailed below, as well as with the regulations as set out in the regulations of voucher redemption that is available at www.hungaroringshop.hu.

Information on redemption

Vouchers may be redeemed for payment on the spot or payment via bank transfer as detailed below:

• payment on the spot:
• by handing over the original copy of the voucher to our colleague, upon payment

 

• payment via bank transfer:
• upon ordering the service, by informing our colleague about the number of the voucher(s) that will be used. Please do not transfer the amount stated in the automatically generated confirmation. Please wait for the phone call or email from our colleague.
• the amount of the ordered service is due to be paid with the deduction of the voucher value
• please post the original copies of the vouchers to us, to 2146 Mogyoród, Pf.49.
• we deliver the purchased tickets or merchandise after we have received the original copy of the voucher by post.

II./ Hungaroring Sport Co Ltd.

1./ Purchase of vouchers is only possible personally at the office of Hungaroring Sport Zrt (2146 Mogyoród, Hungaroring road 10.), at a previously agreed appointment. For appointment, please call +36 28 441 951 on week days between 9 AM and 4 PM.
